Grill House by Sigma is a specialized store for anyone who loves meat and enjoys a meeting with a good cut of meat at their table.

We are part of Sigma Alimentos, a Mexican company with a presence in more than 18 countries globally.

What is the schedule to order?

Monday to Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Sundays from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

We will be delivering you the same day in 1 hour . 

If your order is entered after hours, it will be delivered as soon as we return to our service hours.

What coverage does the service have?

San Pedro, Valle Oriente, Contry, Santa Catarina, Cumbres, Central Zone, Mitras, San Jeronimo, National Highway, San Nicolas

Is there a shipping cost?

The shipping cost is only $ 49.00 MXN.

What forms of payment do you accept?

You can make your payment online with a debit or credit card Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, PayPal or Apple Pay within our app.

Can I request an invoice for my order?

Yes, send us an email with your billing information and order folio to be billed by mail and in a period of approximately 4 days we will deliver your invoice.

We remind you that it is only possible to invoice within the same month that you made your purchase, we recommend that you make the immediate request to your order to avoid details with this. 

Can my order be canceled?

Your order cannot be canceled since it is treated immediately to achieve delivery within our established time.

What if I want to make a return?

In the event that any of the food presents a quality failure or there is any dissatisfaction with any of the products in your purchase, we ask you to notify our customer service line where we will gladly pay attention to your request.

We ask you preferably to have the packaging and if possible it is complete to make the return, likewise have your order sheet at hand during this period of time so that your incident can be attended to in a better way.
